These Terms of Service govern use of ChatVault AI, a Chrome extension that helps organize ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini conversation title metadata, links, folders, projects, and bookmarks, and export chosen conversations as PDF, Word, or Image files.
Use of the Service
You may use ChatVault AI to organize your own AI conversation references and export conversations you choose to save locally. You are responsible for keeping access to your browser, email account, and ChatVault AI account secure.
Product Scope
ChatVault AI is not an AI model, chatbot, ChatGPT client, Claude client, Gemini client, or replacement for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. It is an export and organization layer that works alongside supported websites.
Supported Data
The service is designed to store metadata such as conversation titles, IDs, URLs, platform labels, timestamps, folder records, project references, bookmarks, and settings. Exported PDF, Word, and Image files are generated locally from conversations the user chooses. The service is not designed to store full chat message bodies, prompts, AI responses, uploaded files, cookies, or passwords.
Accounts
Certain features may require a ChatVault AI account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to contact us if you need help deleting your account or data.
Membership and Payments
ChatVault AI may offer paid Pro membership options, including monthly, yearly, and one-time lifetime options. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew until canceled. Lifetime Early Bird is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Our payment processor handles checkout, payment collection, tax handling, invoices, refunds, and subscription management. ChatVault AI does not store card numbers or payment credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer backend systems, or use ChatVault AI in a way that violates applicable law or third-party platform terms.
Third-Party Services
ChatVault AI may interact with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, browser APIs, Supabase, and other service providers needed for authentication, storage, and support. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Independent Product
ChatVault AI is an independent productivity extension and is not affiliated with OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic, Claude, Google, or Gemini.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Supported website layouts and APIs may change, which can affect extension behavior.
Cancellation and Refunds
Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be canceled at any time to stop future renewal charges. All paid purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase with no exceptions and no conditions, as described in the Refund Policy.

ChatVault AI is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every browser configuration or future third-party website change.
