Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid ChatVault AI memberships and purchases processed through secure checkout.

14-Day Refund Window

All paid ChatVault AI purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This 14-day refund window has no exceptions and no conditions. Users do not need to provide a reason to receive a refund within this period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact [email protected] or use the billing support options provided by our payment processor. Please include the email address used for the purchase and, if available, the payment receipt or order number.

Refunds are returned through the payment processor to the original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period unless a refund is issued.

Payment Processing

Our payment processor handles checkout, payment collection, receipts, taxes, refunds, and subscription billing. ChatVault AI does not store card numbers or payment credentials.
