Welcome to AI Chat Export. By using this website, browser extension, or Pro service, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Service description
AI Chat Export helps you export selected ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini conversations to Word, PDF, Markdown, or PNG files. It is a local export tool, not an official AI platform service.
License and permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI Chat Export for lawful personal, educational, and professional export, backup, archiving, and sharing workflows.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to export, distribute, or store unlawful, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, or malicious content.
- Do not bypass access controls, paid limits, terms, or technical protections of the original AI platforms.
- Do not use automation to scrape at scale, abuse export limits, or disrupt normal platform operation.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the extension core unless the law clearly allows it.
- You are responsible for making sure you have the right to export, store, and share the selected content.
Accounts and Pro access
The Free plan supports basic exports. Pro requires sign-in and a valid subscription or lifetime purchase. Pro access may be shared with the ChatVault AI account system so the same email can sync entitlement across products.
If your subscription is cancelled, expired, refunded, or payment fails, premium features may return to Free rules. Network, payment provider, or account state delays may briefly affect sync.
Pricing, renewals, and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout. Monthly and yearly plans may renew automatically as described on the payment page and by the payment provider. Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy.
Third-party services
AI Chat Export is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Chrome Web Store, Paddle, or Supabase. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Content responsibility
You are responsible for the content you export, where you store it, who you share it with, and how it is used. AI Chat Export provides file generation tools and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, completeness, or usefulness of content generated by AI platforms.
Availability
We work to keep the product stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI platform page changes, browser policy changes, third-party payment services, and network conditions may affect the extension.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
