Refund Policy
We want Claude Export Pro to be useful for turning AI conversations into reliable files. If it does not fit your workflow, contact us under the rules below.
Refund window
Monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests should include the purchase email, order details, plan type, and a short reason so we can locate the transaction and improve the product.
Renewal cancellation
Monthly and yearly plans may renew automatically. You can cancel future renewals through the payment provider's subscription management flow or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund the current billing period unless the refund window or local law requires it.
Lifetime plan
The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. It can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After a refund, Pro access for that account will be removed.
When refunds may be declined
- The request is outside the 14-day refund window and local law does not require an exception.
- The account shows abuse, fraud, bulk scraping, or a violation of the User Agreement.
- A chargeback or dispute has already been opened and is still being handled by the payment provider.
- The purchase email, order details, or payment record cannot be verified.
Processing time
We usually reply within 3 business days after receiving complete information. Once approved, the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, card network, and issuing bank.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your purchase email, order number or receipt screenshot, plan type, and refund reason. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
